Sports Night Tuesday Jul 14 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM,  Ahern School Field
Bring your soccer ball or lacrosse stick. Don’t forget a water bottle and bug spray. Make sure you check in with a Troop 7 adult upon arrival to confirm that the event is still on BEFORE you drop off your scout. Please ask coordinators if they need help as there always has to be at least 2 adults. Coordinator: Rich Loftus

2010 National Jamboree in Virginia

July 26th - August 4th, 2010

One of our greatest scouting trips, with free visits to all Washington D.C. monuments, museums & treaures, and a stay at a major Virginia University included.

2010 National Jamboree

July 26th - August 4th, 2010

The following payments are due to Old Colony Council, not Troop 7:

$ 200 due with completed online registration form
$ 350 due on or before April 30th, 2009
$ 350 due on or before July 31st, 2009
$ 350 due on or before December 31st, 2009
$ 350 due on or before March 31st, 2010

$1600 Total Due

You may request a reimbursement from your scout account by providing a copy of OCC receipt to Bill Parker.

What Else Is New on the Site
Philmot Black Bear Crew Shakedown at Mt. Greylock Gallery for June 26 - 27 2009 The Black Bear crew hiked 12 miles up and down Mt. Greylock, the highest peak in Massachusetts. Starting Friday afternoon,they took on the challenging ascent, climbing 1500 feet in under 2 miles. They set up camp, did the shakedown of their gear, and hiked another mile and a half for fun. Saturday morning, they hiked 8 miles, covering the remaining 1000 foot elevation to the summit the 2500 foot descent back to the cars.
